An individual or entity that owns or manages a business which collects rental information for the purpose of referring prospective tenants to rental units or locations of rental units.

Degree Requirement: 

Basic Real Estate Courses
Applicants must complete 60 hours (4 credits) of basic real estate courses from an accredited college or an approved real estate education provider.

Examination Requirement:

 1 Examination
Applicant must have passing score on both portions of the real estate salesperson examination.

Experience:

Licensure by Act 41:

Act 41 allows for portability of out-of-state professional licensees coming to work in Pennsylvania. Act 41 does this by granting all boards and commissions within the Commonwealth the authority to immediately endorse licensees from other states, territories or jurisdictions (with substantially equivalent licensing requirements) who are active, in good standing and without discipline against their license or criminal conviction.
