Although the Capitol Complex is open to the public the Department of State is not open for visitors to enter NOB offices. Those constituents who wish to drop of materials for the Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations or the Bureau of Elections should be advised to utilize the drop box across the street at the entrance of the Keystone Complex.

Registration Forms

Currently the Bureau's online system is only accepting the BCO-10 Form. In the future other registration forms will be accessible through our online system.  The Bureau is still accepting registrations sent via USPS (regular) mail.


Charitable Organizations

Please read all instructions prior to completing any form or registration.  By following all instructions, registrations can be processed and reviewed quicker by the Bureau.
