February 16, 2023 – Pursuant to Executive Order 1996-1, the Department of State seeks public comment on a second draft rulemaking relating to the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts (RULONA).

Interested persons are invited to submit written comments, recommendations or objections regarding this draft rulemaking. Comments must be received by April 30, 2023.
