Non-Approved COVID-19 Treatments and Medications
Physicians and other health care practitioners are under no obligation to prescribe or offer medications to prevent or treat COVID-19 that have not been approved for such use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Nor can any physician or practitioner be compelled to provide any treatment that has not been authorized or approved by the FDA for use in preventing or treating COVID-19.
