Examination Information

Real Estate Broker Examination

Completed Broker Exam Applications are sent directly to the Commission office for review. If deemed eligible for the Broker Examination, you will be sent a Certificate of Eligibility along with instructions to register for the examination with PSI Examination Services.
 
If you submitted your application online through the MyLicense website, please download and print the Broker Experience Chart or Cemetery Broker Experience Chart.

Examination Dates

Examinations are offered daily (five to six days a week). The Candidate Information Bulletin (CIB) has a list of all local testing facilities. You may contact PSI Examination Services to obtain a list of out-of-state testing facilities. To receive a copy of the CIB, please visit www.psiexams.com.
 
 

Examination after five years of inactivity/expiration

If your license has been inactive or expired for five or more years, you must retake the licensing exams before you can reactivate.  Please complete the Request for a Certificate of Exam Eligibility and return it to the Commission office.  We will then send you the information that is needed to register for the exams.
