Preclearance of Documents
The purpose of this procedure is to confirm the accuracy of the document to be filed, prior to the actual submittal of the documents. When a document is submitted, it is verified for correct filing information, and if applicable, name availability. This service is available for any document at a fee of $70. The preclearance of the document is processed with the daily workload and may be expedited for an additional $70 fee provided that a name reservation has been filed when required. Preclearance of documents does not reserve an entity name.
