Board Member Information: 

 

The State Board of Osteopathic Medicine consist of the Commissioner of Professional and Occupational Affairs, Secretary of Health, two members representing the public at large; one appointed by the Governor who shall be either a respiratory therapist, perfusionist, athletic trainer or physician assistant; six members who shall be graduates of osteopathy and have been licensed to practice osteopathic medicine in this Commonwealth for at least five years.  All professional and public members are appointed by the Governor with the advise and consent of a majority of the members elected to the Senate.
