National Uniform Appraiser Examination
Certified Pennsylvania Evaluator Examination

Completed applications for certification as a residential/general appraiser or Certified PA Evaluator are submitted directly through the Pennsylvania Licensing System (PALS) at www.pals.pa.gov (If you have never been to this site you will have to Register as a New User).  After logging into your PALS account, click on the APPLY FOR NEW LICENSE button, located about two-thirds down the page on your Dashboard.  Application reviews are conducted by 'date order received'.  You will be notified through your PALS account/email if there are any discrepancies on your application and/or when you have been approved to sit for the examination.  The examination is administered by PSI.

After you have successfully passed the Examination, please log into your PALS application, and upload the exam results sheet directly to the 'Exam Results' checklist item.  The additional fee(s) to complete your application can be paid by clicking on the 'shopping cart' icon, located in the upper right-hand corner on your PALS Dashboard.  The Fee Schedules are listed below for your review.

Once the fee(s) are successfully paid, your application will be queued for re-evaluation and Certification issuance.
