It is not necessary to complete a paper application if you
have submitted an online application.
Submitting both paper and online applications may delay the processing
of your license.
EFFECTIVE 10/01/2010 The Required Checklist for Licensed
Appraiser Trainee will NOT be accepted if submitted on legal size paper.
If your
license is expired, you must contact the Board Office to request a reactivation
application. You may contact the Board Office by phone (717-783-4866) or
email (st-appraise@pa.gov). Please
provide your license number and full name as it appears on your license when
calling or emailing the Board office. If you do not know your license number,
you can search for your personal license at https://www.pals.pa.gov.
