Please be advised that we began conducting a system transition to the Pennsylvania Licensing System (PALS) on October 1, 2016.   As the transition continues, please be advised that candidates may experience a delay in processing times due to the system upgrades. You must register on the PALS website at www.pals.pa.gov prior to applying for any license.  We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience during this system transition.
The Pennsylvania Auctioneer Exam is  conducted on a regular basis throughout the year and can be scheduled, as needed.

PLEASE NOTE: Pursuant to the Board's regulations at 49 Pa. Code §1.23(c) If an applicant fails the examination once, the applicant may take the next scheduled examination or the examination following the next scheduled examination. If an applicant fails the licensure examination twice, an applicant must seek Board approval to sit for the examination a third or subsequent time.  The Board may require an applicant to complete additional training approved by the Board.
